bookings & PAYMENTS

1: FILL OUT THE ENQUIRY FORM
You will need to provide collection and delivery addresses, your preferred collection date, and details of the luggage or items you wish to send

2: CONFIRMATION & DEPOSIT PAYMENTS
I will confirm your booking cost and weight allowance, and request payment for the luggage/items you have selected.

3: COLLECTION & WEIGHING
Upon collection I will weigh your bags and notify you of any excess weight charges.
YOU HAVE A WEIGHT ALLOWANCE OF 30kg PLUS 20kg FOR ANY ADDITIONAL ITEMS YOU BOOK.
YOUR COMBINED WEIGHT ALLOWANCE CAN BE DIVIDED BETWEEN THE BOOKED LUGGAGE, eg 2 bags/50kg total weight allowance can be 2x 25kg bags.

4: RETURN TO UK, STORAGE & DELIVERY
After collection I will return your luggage to my storage in the UK until delivery. In most cases delivery will be made between 7th-10th May, but if your delivery address is on an existing route prior to these dates I will be able to offer an earlier delivery.

I am in the Alps every week so could collect earlier if required, but depending on final delivery location it may not be possible to offer delivery to your UK address until other deliveries for that area have been collected at the end of the season; for example, if your delivery address is in Scotland or another remote part of the UK it is not viable for me to make a special trip to deliver one or two bags.

If this is the case, I can often arrange an earlier delivery by third-party courier (at additional cost) once your items are back in the UK, assuming they are fit for postage.
